Fotografiens Hus is a gallery space and community resource for photographers and lens based artists, located in Rådhusgata 20, Oslo. Our goal is to support photographers and facilitate opportunities for public engagement with photography as a creative medium, highlighting its integral role within our culture as both trade and art form, and creating space for important perspectives and stories to be shared. Our gallery is open to the public, and has been showcasing photographic works by both well established and emerging artists since our founding in 1999. We continue to do so through our programming of 8-10 exhibitions each year.
